Feasibility study for the re-use of a beautiful villa built in the early decades of the 20th century. The project involves the conversion of the building into tourist accommodation, providing for new rooms and indipendent flats, a view suite on the turret and common amenities like a SPA placed in the Liberty-style glazed porch.
