In the splendid setting of Torri del Benaco, a two-family house has been completed directly overlooking Lake Garda, whose interiors reflect the elegance and uniqueness of the surroundings.
The house consists of a living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the upper floor.
It has a private swimming pool, a roof garden, and direct access to the lake via a private pier.
The interior design includes custom-made furniture with refined finishes. The living area and entrance area, although not physically separated, are characterized by colors that represent the natural contrast between natural elements, creating a harmonious and refined look. Dark brown evokes the earth and warmth, while blue and light blue evoke water and sky, making for an elegant and sophisticated combination.
The chocolate-colored kitchen cabinet can be completely closed when needed, becoming a decorative wall. The same cabinet in the living area becomes a wall unit.
The staircase leading to the upper floors is made of steel with a glass railing, enhancing transparency and brightness.
