Study of semi-independent villas for a residential development plan. The volumes are slided and shifted following a chiasmo configuration, as well as the internal spaces, so that the privacy is guaranteed for each unit. 

Each house is organised on two levels: the living room and the kitchen are located at the groud floor, the bedrooms and the sleeping area at the first floor, with cantiliver terraces on both sides. The houses are surrounded by private gardens on the three sides.
