Executive design of a new residential apartment building to replace a demolished previous building.
The building optimizes the floor area to create 8 apartments on four above-ground floors and a basement used as a garage.
Few and simple elements characterize the building: linear geometries, a basement treated with a military green finish, and bands characterized by balconies in painted metal of the same shade.
